    There is a refundable security deposit of $200-$500.

  • Set up and tear down time need to be included in your total time, we can not accommodate additional time for setup or tear down.

    Early entry and late departure will incur an additional cost that will be deducted from your security deposit unless otherwise agreed upon by management.
